Community License
We offer the Community License to boost your startup to success.
It requires you to:
- Keep the license and copyright notice included in our JavaScript files when you use them in your works.
It does not include these widgets:
- jqxGrid, jqxTreeGrid, jqxPivotGrid, jqxScheduler, jqxDataTable, jqxChart, jqxGantt, jqxEditor and jqxKanban
It allows you to:
- Freely download and use jQWidgets for personal, private, company internal, or commercial purposes.
- We’ll appreciate if you provide a reference to our website or share a testimonial or case study.
It forbids you to:
- Redistribute any piece of jQWidgets without proper attribution.
- Hold the creators or copyright holders of the product liable.
- Hold the authors and license owners liable for damages as our product is provided without warranty.
- Use any marks owned by us in any way that might state or imply that our company endorses your distribution or that you created the software in question.
Commercial License
The commercial license is suitable for commercial websites and projects or a corporate intranet. The license is perpetual and allows royalty free distribution with your websites and applications. Each new license includes 1-year of free product updates and platinum, premium or standard technical support plan. New versions and support plan renewal is optional and costs 50% of the price of a new license.
For license agreement questions, support and updates plan renewals, license upgrades, Enterprise and OEM usage, licenses with more than 2-years support and updates plan or if you wish to license a subsidiary or affiliate organizations, please contact our sales department. We will be happy to work with you.
Technical Support
For non-commercial licenses we encourage you join our Forums where you can submit a question to the community. If you purchase a commercial license each copy includes standard, premium or platinum technical support plan which allows you to contact directly our Support Team. Technical support is provided by e-mail Monday-Friday except on major holidays.
- Standard Support – valid for 1 year and up to 10 support tickets. You will receive professional response within 48 hours.
- Premium Support – valid for 1 year and up to 40 support tickets. You will receive professional response within 24 hours.
- Platinum Support – valid for 1 year and unlimited support tickets. You will receive professional response within 24 hours.

Return Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our products 100%. We do, however, offer a full money back guarantee. If within the first 15 days after purchasing a license which does not include the source code, you are not satisfied with the capabilities of our software, you can request a refund by writing to sales@jqwidgets.com. The refund will be processed within 2 business days.
