combobox with autocomplete and selectable only from the list

Unfortunately, what you are asking is not possible. The demo Checkboxes showcases a similar functionality, however, in it the user can only select values from a list with the checkboxes.

sorry that i faild to explain my requirement clearly,
i have a list of elements, user has to select only one among them.
but i used jqxcombobox, instead of jqxdropdownlist, because of its autocomplete facility.
but with jqxcombobox, user will have facility not only to select one from the list but also to write something which does not match with any of the elements in the list. how to restrict user not enter anything other than in the list without disturbing the auto-complete facility.
