Responsive Menu System

Scenarios
• A project with ASP.NET MVC + Bootstrap
• Design responsive _Layout.cshtml
○ Fixed Navbar and Footer with Bootstrap
○ Need a Responsive Multi Level Menu
○ Bootstrap no longer support Multi Level Menu
○ Wondering if jqxNav, jqxNavigation or jqxMenu can be the solution. Using Bootstrap is not a must if jQWidgets can achieve it.

Please Help
• A Response (Toggle) / Fixed Header / Horizontal / Multi Level Menu System in _Layout.cshtml.
• Sample codes both with/without Bootstrap will be nice so I can compare the solutions.
• Any other suggestion is welcome.
