npm install fails in azure Devops

Hi I HAVE BEEN USING jQWIDGETS ANGULAR V.9.1.6 Non-Commercial FOR SOME TIME.

Today i wanted to update my site that is hosted in Azure.
The Npm install step fails with the error below. Please can anyone help

Thanks npm cache clean –force did a differece.
