Negative numbers

Hi,
I’m using a numeric cell in the jqxgrid but I can’t put the negative number using the minus (-) sign from the numeric keypad, I have to use the one next to the Shift key to make it work, why is this? (Of course I tried changing the status of Block Num).

Hi germanbrea,

To enter a negative number, you should press “-” when the cell is in edit mode. It does not matter which “-” is pressed. I am able to enter a negative value successfully in the number editor in our sample: cellediting.htm.

I can’t put negative numbers pressing the minus sign in the numeric keypad in your demo app. I need to be able to put the minus sign using that key in my grid. We updated to the latest version yesterday but still we can’t do that, we have to use the hyphen instead.
