JSON menu page navigation

Hi,

I need to navigate to different urls from the same main page, once the menus are generated from the JSON data.
I saw the JSON example(http://www.jqwidgets.com/jquery-widgets-demo/demos/jqxmenu/index.htm#demos/jqxmenu/menubindingtojson.htm) and thus my Menus are populated correctly.

Now, I need to navigate to other pages , once I click on sub-menu page.
For. ex. : from above example, once I click on “Hot chocolate” sub menu, page containing data for Hot chocolate will be displayed.

Please guide how to do this using jQxMenu. Any example will be really helpful.

Here is how the ‘itemclick’ event should look like, based on the same example from the demo.

                $("#jqxWidget").bind('itemclick', function (event) {
                    var txt = $(event.args).text();
                    if (txt === 'Hot Chocolate') {
                        // this also works - if (event.args.id == 2)
                        window.location = 'http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hot_chocolate';
                    }
                    $("#eventLog").html("Id: " + event.args.id + ", Text: " + txt);
                });
