Grid with backbone.js

i am using jqxgrid in the application and i would like to use backbone.js along with it.. can anyone tell me what/how to do that ?
some of our functionality is below

1 one column is edited.. as soon as that is changed by user.. i would like to update another grid(again jqxgrid).. for this can i use master-details > if yes then how ?
2. i have data (object array) which is showing on grid.. if one of the cell value changes(via object property).. how can i update grid view and rest of other stuff (like details table)
