Grid – scrollbar in each cell

I try to use jqxgrid.js
when I upload data to grid, I see in some cells scrollbars

if I just scroll the mouse wheel down, I see scroll bars in each row of the table:

how I can hide scrolls in each cell and on row?

From the provided images it looks like you use custom logic for the table.
What do you want to achieve and what is your final goal?
