grid Cell over need Comment to be displayed as pop up

We are using Jqwidget grid .On hover of particular column we need to see some comment and the particular column right corner has to be indicated with red color mark indicating this column has a comment, apart from that hovering the red mark only it should show the comment and hovering in remaining part of cell it should show the tool tip .
Is it possible ?If so how to achieve it.
Because i find no post related to jqwidget cell comment.
Please provide a valuable solution.

Please take a look at the following forum post about how to style “commented” cells: http://www.jqwidgets.com/community/topic/need-css-for-cell-like-microsoft-excel-comment-highlight/#post-59360. If you wish to do this for the columns headers, instead of cellsrenderer set the callback function renderer.
