Filterrow looses focus in serverside filtering

Hi,

after I switched to server-side filtering by adding the filter function to my source:

		// prepare the data        
		var source = {
			datatype: "json",
			async: false,
			url:'/api/Routes/Get/',
			datafields: [{ name: 'Id', type:'int' }]
			filter: function () {
				// update the grid and send a request to the server.
				$("#jqxAjaxGridRoute").jqxGrid('updatebounddata');
			}
		};

my filterrow started to loose focus immediately after I type a one or two chars in the searchfield. Filtering works fine, but usability is the problem.

Any idea? Thanks.

As a solution, use: (“#jqxAjaxGridRoute”).jqxGrid(‘updatebounddata’, ‘filter’);
