Hello,
When I’m trying to export my grid to excel. The page is being redirected to jquerygrid.net and keeps on loading. Will this happen regularly or is this an issue.
Thanks
BhanuHello Bhanu,
You are probably trying to export a grid with large data and there is a file size limit when exporting through the jQWidgets server. If you purchase a Developer or Enterprise license, you will have access to the file save-file.php and you will be able to export through your own server if you wish.

http://www.jqwidgets.com/Thanks Dimitar,
My solution is an Asp.net solution. How can I use http://www.jqwidgets.com/export_server/save-file.php in my code. Can you please help me with detail steps as I am unaware of it.Thanks
BhanuHi Bhanu,
There is an implementation of the export functionality for ASP.NET, too. You can find a detailed description about using it on your own server in the source code download package.

http://www.jqwidgets.com/Hello,
I, also, just started experiencing similar behavior, using your server installation, when trying to export from a grid. I am being redirected to http://jquerygrid.net/export_server/save-file.php, which displays documentation for “jqxGrid – modern HTML5 data grid built with jQuery.” This is for a very small data set. I was wondering if this is a configuration change, or if I need to upgrade to a newer version. If this is something that may be resolved soon, please let me know. If not, I will start working on configuring a local IIS environment to serve up the PHP file.
Thank you,
MikeHello Mike,
If you update to the latest version of jQWidgets, this issue should be gone.
