    By default jqxGrid shows three sort options like Sort Ascending, Sort Descending and Remove sort.
    But per my requirement, i need to display custom sort options like either Sort Ascending or Sort Descending option with Remove sort.

    e.g.
    Sort Ascending
    Remove sort

    OR

    Sort Descending
    Remove sort

    How can i achieve this.

    Any custom way to achieve this?

    and is there any event gets triggered before rendering sort menu popup or items? I mean just after when user click downside arrow to render sort menus.

    Hi manojgupta2010,

    Unfortunately, there is no way to modify the sort menu. You can, however, modify the sorting behaviour on click of the column via the property sorttogglestates.
