Clicking on ComboBox's horizontal scroll bar in closes it

Using version 4.4.0 of the jqComboBox inside of a jqGrid.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Create a Grid with a ComboBox column
2. Set ComboBox width to something small enough to cause horizontal scrollbars to appear.
3. With ComboBox open, click on the horizontal scrollbar.

Expected: ComboxBox contents are scrolled horizontally
Actual: ComboxBox closes immediately

Hello speedsticko,

We were not able to reproduce this issue when testing the following example: https://www.jseditor.io/?key=jqxgrid-combobox-column-scrollbar (the “Product Name” is with columntype: 'combobox') – an opened combobox editor does not close if the pop-up is scrolled horizontally. Please share if you experience any issues with it.

Thanks for investigating. It must be something specific to our use of the ComboBox.
