AJAX Load with a new window dialog Problem Internetexplorer

Hi there,

after upgrading to 4.5 I have a non explainable behavior using “destroy”.

Have a look here: http://dev.gruppenhaus-manager.de/test5.php ( I reduced the problem to the blank problem).

I have a main page. There is a button which loads the content and javascript for the dialog.

Than I click on “Close…” then the “close” will be called and I call destroy to remove it from the DOM.

On InternetExplorer there is a alert that “remove” is not available ….
(SCRIPT438: Das Objekt unterstützt die Eigenschaft oder Methode “remove” nicht in “jqxwindow.js (7,2169)”.

Whats wrong? Any idea?
