I have a use case where i need a selection mode as checkbox and need to perform some action when the checkbox in a row is selected.
Tried with almost all the events of the grid.but exact event is not fired
Expectations:
1) to get the status of the checkbox
2) to get the selected row details

The “rowselect” event is raised when a row is selected.
getselectedrowindexes method can be used for getting the selected row indexes. Ex : http://jsfiddle.net/jqwidgets/Vus5k/

I have used selection mode for grid ( selectionmode: ‘checkbox’). In this case, requirement is to fireevent on the checkbox enable/disable.
